1. Go to Facebook and log in with your account

2. Click the button in the top right corner and select Settings & Privacy

9. If the file has been created, you will get a notification. Please open the notification or you can also open the  Available Copies tab manually

10. After that, click Download on the newly created file

11. Automatically, Facebook will archive the file as a zip. Please extract the file first and open index.html via a browser

12. On the page that appears, click Your Posts and you will see a list of available posts. Please find your deleted post there

Facebook has a time limit of at least 30 days for content to completely disappear from  their servers when a user deletes it.

If your post has reached this deadline and you can no longer find it, Facebook may have deleted it permanently. When this happens, there is no other way to find it.
